They automatically add in a 20% gratuity to your bill as standard practice.Īll the people there are very nice, they just don't have a clue about what they are doing. For $125 per person, for the spa mani/pedi it is a huge rip off. They don't even know how to file your nails. No relaxing foot or hand rubs are part of their spa manicure/pedicure. Our polish was coming off our nails before we even walked out of the building. The nail technicians are not technicians at all and the service is horrible. I also wouldn't recommend it for anyone who thinks they might have trouble climbing bleachers, cause you have to do this to get the pedicure. If you are handicapped - go somewhere else, this place is NOT accessible. If you are under 5'8'' forget about having your feet even hit the water. I have sat at sports stadiums that were more comfortable. No comfy vibrating chairs just hard benches with slippery pillows. The pedicure area has you stepping up and sitting on a bleacher like platform with your legs danglinging in a small bowl. There are only two spots to get a pedicure and one spot for a manicure (not the perfect place to go if you want to enjoy a litle pampering with a friend or family member). If you are looking for a nice place to get a manicure or pedicure don't go here. We will definitely be back and recommend this spa to anyone on vacation or locals alike. After the bath we were given the option to get changed or relax in the sitting area with some tea and snacks. After the massages we were given water and then taken to a private room for a sea salt soak in a giant 100 gallon tub with bubbles, mimosas, and chocolates. ![]() Ksenia took care of my husband, who generally feels very uncomfortable at even the idea of a spa, and he told me he felt like a new person when we left. I could have crawled right into her lap and fallen asleep. Lanora was amazing, she immediately made me feel relaxed and calm. After filling out paperwork and choosing an aromatherapy scent we were taken back to changing rooms and lockers to put up our things and change. Valet parking greeted us when we arrived and we were greeted hospitably when we walked in to a very serene environment. Totally worth it! We got the deluxe couples package. My husband and I are locals and this place was recommended to us by some friends. ![]() Enjoyed a couples massage for our three year wedding anniversary. ![]()
